Open data
Free, machine-readable datasets about Jávea (Xàbia) — the same numbers this site's own pages are rendered from. CC BY 4.0: use them, build on them, just credit javea.guide.
We publish these because local facts should be easy to cite. Every dataset below is served exactly as our own pages read it — same files, same honesty flags, nothing polished up for export. If a date isn't confirmed, the JSON says so.
Sea temperatures
Typical Mediterranean sea temperature at Jávea for each month of the year — the same published monthly averages our climate guide's sea gauge renders. Averages, not live readings.

Fiesta & market calendar
Jávea's fiestas and weekly markets. Honest date flags pass straight through: dates_confirmed says whether the town hall has published the real programme, needs_verification marks details awaiting a re-check.

Neighbourhood zones
Reference data for Jávea's neighbourhoods — centroid coordinates, walkability scores, sea-view likelihood, directional median prices and landmark POIs. Directional guides, not valuations.

Directory statistics
Aggregate counts from our business directory: businesses per category, subcategory and neighbourhood. Numbers only — per-business detail stays on the listing pages.

Licence & attribution
Everything on this page is licensed CC BY 4.0. Use it commercially, remix it, republish it — just name javea.guide and link back. A line like this is perfect:

Format & stability
Every endpoint returns the same envelope — dataset, licence, as_of, source, data — so you can check provenance before you touch the payload. Endpoint URLs are stable; fields are only ever added, never renamed or removed. The raw JSON is CORS-open, so you can fetch it straight from a browser app.
