An established sea-view villa urbanisation ("Balcón al Mar") on the pine-clad slopes toward the cape — villas terraced to face the Mediterranean, with the small Cala Sardinera cove below. Quiet, residential and view-led; a short drive to the Arenal and to the wild southern coves. A recognised `urbanisation:` value in the book (`balcon-al-mar`).
