A leafy, settled villa suburb of generous plots, mature gardens and a mix of older and renovated/modern villas — the "El Tosalet" urbanisation is a Jávea byword for comfortable, private family living close to (but not on) the coast. Quiet, green and popular with long-term international residents; walk/short drive to Costa Nova coves and ~10 min to the Arenal.
