Verano en Jávea
El verano es cuando Jávea duplica su tamaño y el día se pone del revés. De finales de junio a mediados de septiembre el pueblo funciona a ritmo de playa por la mañana, comida larga y noche tardía: el Arenal se llena a las once, las calas antes, y cenar a las diez parece normal en una semana. El mar hace el trabajo duro — supera los 25°C en julio y agosto y sigue siendo bañable hasta bien entrado septiembre, que en voz baja es el mejor mes de todos: la misma agua, menos coches, aparcar más fácil. El calor es costero, no el brutal del interior, suavizado casi todas las noches por la brisa de la bahía. Reserva restaurante con antelación en agosto, llega a las calas antes de las diez y dale a las fiestas una noche entera en vez de pasar de largo — el puerto y el casco antiguo se la ganan.
