About

Over the past years I’ve happily taught Pilates in studios in Bussum and Muiden (Netherlands) but I’ve fallen in love with Xàbia. Because Pilates has given me so much personally I wanted to pass it on to others. That is why I now teach various lessons in Spain, incl. private and group lessons. Pilates is a gentle yet powerful form of exercise that helps you strengthen, relax and improve your body's balance. By focusing on breathing, posture and control you consciously work on your core, back and overall stability. It's a loving way to connect with your body, release tension and feel more space—both physically and mentally. Whether you're recovering, strengthening or simply taking care of yourself, Pilates moves with you.
