Manuelita es la nueva creación de Yamila Reppetti, nacida en Argentina, con pasaporte Italiano y más de 20 años de experiencia en la restauración. En España brindó gastronomía tailandesa y japonesa en la población de Javea, decide esta vez volver a sus raíces recreando la comida de su infancia, la de la Abuela, el Abuelo, el Hogar, ese combo italo-argentino casero, mimado y con un toque vanguardista propio de la actualidad y entorno dónde se encuentra, uno de los locales más bellos de la localidad sin duda, su particular forma de barco anclado en el Canal de La Fontana con vistas a toda la bahía de la playa Arenal y el propio fluir del canal, lo hace un sitio para disfrutar y dejarse sentir, tanto para tomar una copa, comer o cenar.
